我也曾因为过热引起过附睾炎，很正常。穿宽松的 四角内裤，坐的时候别做带垫子的凳子（我就是在网吧里做皮椅做的过热），还有就是注意包皮内的为生，因为也有可能是细菌从尿道进入导致的。
